The producers/applicants fill in the
accompany form
of each game they want to submit for the quality stamp process and send the form and the game (e.g. web address if it is an online game or three copies of the games in case it is an offline application) to the SIG-GLUE Quality stamp administration office. Process

|
The SIG-GLUE
Quality Commission
, on the basis of the
Quality
Criteria, analyses and evaluates the game received. The certified games are included in the
Quality Games catalogue
.

|
Output
|
|
The SIG-GLUE quality stamp administration office will forward the final report to the provider/applicant. The evaluation report presents the results of the evaluation process and the recommendations for improving the game itself. The game that will overcome the evaluation threshold will receive the "Quality stamp". The game which will achieve the quality stamp will be included in the SIG-GLUE catalogue of
Quality Games
which will be available on the project website. The producer/distribution will be allowed to reproduce the SIG-GLUE quality stamp on the game and any advertisement it will make.

Results of the evaluation process
|
|
The games producers applying for the evaluation of their own products to the SIG-GLUE Commission receive an evaluation report that contains the results achieved in the different analysis areas, and the recommendations for improvements.

|
|
The outcomes of the certification process can be the following:

Quality stamp: for the games that have achieved the certification's threshold (50/100) in each of the areas of the
Quality Criteria

No quality stamp: these games need substantial modifications in order to obtain the "Quality stamp".
